Eastway Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a part-time Child Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our expert behavioral health team, delivering psychiatric services to children and adolescents in Dayton, Washington Court House, and Columbus, Ohio � an exciting opportunity to work with a mission-driven organization making a lasting impact on young lives.

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for children and adolescents
• Serve as Collaborating Physician for Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) within the child and adolescent programs
• Offer clinical supervision and guidance to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes
• Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide consultation to clinical staff regarding diagnosis, treatment, and complex clinical issues
• Engage in case reviews and team meetings to promote integrated care
• Telemedicine is NOT an option - this is an in-person position.
