Perm - Physician - OB/GYN Lavonia, GA

Clear Creek OB/GYN is seeking a full-time provider to join their established practice located in Lavonia, Georgia.

Job Description:  

• The selected candidate will join two knowledgeable and experienced physicians in serving the gynecological and obstetrical needs of the local communities. The practice offers a wide range of preventative, comprehensive gynecological, obstetrical, and surgical services to women of all ages. This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding physician to join the St. Mary's Health Care System team.
• Clinic + OB/GYN hospital call
• Facility has two full-time providers on staff currently
• 85% low risk pregnancies
• 15% high risk pregnancies
• Must live within 30 minutes of the clinic and hospital.
• EMR: Athena / CPSI
• Open to H-1B visa candidates
• Not accepting Locums candidates

• You may invest a percentage of income on a pre-tax basis through Fidelity. Upon employment St. Mary�s matches between 25% and 75% of your contribution up to 6% (Based on years of service).
