Providence St. John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA, is actively seeking a dedicated Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologist to join their dynamic and collaborative team in a thriving Community Level III NICU, providing comprehensive 24/7 in-house coverage in beautiful sunny Southern California.
Job Description
The Neonatologist will be responsible for:
- Providing expert clinical care in a Community Level III NICU with an average daily census of five infants
- Managing newborns delivered at Providence St. John's Health Center, which performs approximately 2,000 births annually
- Participating fully in a strong perinatology program with multidisciplinary collaboration
- Supporting and engaging in quality improvement initiatives through participation in the California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative
- Offering compassionate care to newborns and collaborating with families and healthcare teams
- Providing continuous 24/7 in-house clinical coverage, ensuring prompt response to all neonatal needs
- Opportunity for part-time or full-time employment based on preference
- Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Neonatology.
- Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Certification preferred
- This is a permanent, full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required.
