Locum - Physician - Hospitalist - Oncology Boise, ID

Saint Alphonsus Cancer Care Center is looking for a locum Hospitalist Oncology to fill a need!

DETAILS:

• Practice Setting: Inpatient rounding, admitting, consulting
• Start month (with credentialing): May 2025
• Shift hours:  8 am � 5 pm (no call)
• Patient Population for Required Coverage: Inpatient Oncology unit � both oncology and hematology patients
• Support staff - Do APPs Provide Coverage: No, although outpatient Oncologists available for any support or questions.
• Inpatient coverage
• Locum be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers: No
• Documentation System/EMR:  EPIC
• Locum treating both Oncology and hematology patients and administering medication. 
• 90-day credentialing timeframe

• MD diploma 
• Internship/residency/fellowship certs 
• All medical licenses 
• DEA 
• Board Certification 
• Life support cards- BLS 
• Current and previous certificates of insurance 
• Driver�s license 
• Professional color photo/headshot 
• CMEs for the past 2 years 
• Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID 
• References 
• Case logs
