'High priority openings: South Main, Winchester Gateway, Pantops, Charlottesville' � providers will be credentialed at ALL sites in case an emergent need arises. Please notate the provider's preference for their primary location. Thank you!

Dates of Coverage: ongoing as needed
Practice Setting: Urgent Care clinic that offers Occupational Health
Documentation System/EMR: Anthem
Will APP be Working Autonomously: Yes
Supervising Physician Present During Assignment: Yes, supervising physician will be available via phone
Procedures: Episodic care, injury treatment
Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric
Facility will reimburse for the following costs: Mileage billed at the IRS Standard Rate - Local providers ONLY
